BO DWDM EngineerWe are hiring an experienced BO DWDM Engineer to support and manage Optical Transmission networks within the transmission domain.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle Back Office (BO) operations for DWDM / OTN networks.Monitor performance, fault, and configuration management.Troubleshoot fiber and transmission network issues.Manage incidents and ticketing within agreed SLA/KPI.Operate and support NMS/EMS systems.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in DWDM / Optical Transmission networks.Strong hands-on experience in DWDM technologies and OTN.Solid knowledge of DWDM architecture (ROADM, EDFA, Optical Amplifiers).Experience in transmission BO operations.Understanding of SDH / MPLS-TP is a plus.Preferred: Experience with Huawei DWDM solutions
