We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented E‑commerce Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations across marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms. This role focuses on order processing, returns management, and coordination with marketplace partners to ensure smooth and accurate operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder ManagementMonitor and process daily orders across e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces (Mirakl‑based platforms, Shopify)Ensure orders are correctly synced, confirmed, and fulfilledInvestigate and resolve order issues such as duplicates, stock mismatches, or pricing discrepanciesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues efficientlyReturns & RefundsManage return requests (RMA) in line with marketplace policiesTrack returned items and confirm receiptCoordinate and process refunds accuratelyInvestigate disputed or missing returns and follow up with marketplaces and logistics partnersMarketplace CoordinationCommunicate with marketplace support teams regarding orders, returns, deductions, and invoicing issuesManage support tickets and ensure timely follow‑ups and resolutionsSupport invoice checks related to returns and marketplace deductionsData & ReportingMaintain accurate records of orders, returns, and refundsIdentify recurring operational issues and escalate them internallySupport basic operational reporting using Excel (order volumes, return rates, discrepancies)QualificationsStrong analytical skills for identifying trends, problem-solving, and improving operational processesClear and professional written and spoken communication in EnglishExperience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace support, or order managementFamiliarity with Shopify and/or Mirakl marketplaces is a strong advantageGood working knowledge of Google Sheet (filters, basic formulas, reconciliations)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and vendorsProficiency in operations management and administrative tasksExperience in customer service and resolving client inquiries effectivelyProficient in e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and project management toolsHighly organized with strong attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
