Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, with the ability to resolve inquiries effectively and ensure Customer SatisfactionExperience as a Customer Service Representative with a focus on listening skills and problem-solvingExcellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a clear and professional mannerProficiency in Account Management, including organizational skills needed to maintain accurate recordsAbility to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a client-oriented approachFluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plusPrior experience in customer-facing roles or the healthcare industry is an advantage
