Key Responsibilities:-Provide full administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination.-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-up.-Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.-Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders.-Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.-Assist with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation.-Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.-1-2 years of relevant experience is required.-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word – Excell – PowerPoint) minimum – any more tool is a plus.-To be self-motivated and to be able to use own initiative and to take ownership of projects.-Background in medical, business, or related fields is preferred.
