The role aims to drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with export regulations and Food & Beverage industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement export sales strategies targeting African marketsIdentify, open, and develop new territories and distribution channelsSource, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and business partnersManage and strengthen relationships with existing international clientsNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreementsCoordinate closely with logistics, production, and supply chain teamsEnsure compliance with export regulations and F&B quality standardsMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activitiesPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field3–5 years of experience in export salesManufacturing, preferably in the Food & Beverage sectorStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesLeadership and decision-making capabilityStrong commercial and business planning mindsetProblem-solving and crisis management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsSolid knowledge of export and international trade regulationsMarket research and competitor analysis expertiseContract negotiation and distributor managementPricing strategy development and P&L contributionSupply chain coordination and demand planningStrong understanding of the F&B manufacturing cycleHands-on experience with African export markets and channelsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, analysis, dashboards)Proficient in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and proposalsExperience using ERP systemsFluency in English and French (mandatory)Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneouslyCapability to travel frequently across assigned regionsStrong analytical and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently while aligning with cross-functional teams
