Facility Maintenance Engineer

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Maintain the efficiency of the equipment. Maintain proper utility efficiencies and power consumption. Implement periodical and prevention maintenance plans according to the annual policy. Revising and following up on the maintenance team’s task during and after its implementation. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.). Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed. Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and defining necessary tasks. Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and reduce expenses. Inventory control of materials and equipment. Participate in coordinating projects such as renovations. Ensure adherence to quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any related major. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Excellent organization and follow up skills Advanced troubleshooting skills. Good level in both written and spoken English Language It must be work in hotels or malls
