🚨 We're Hiring: Finance Manager (Hybrid) 🚨FlairsTech is looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee financial operations, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and analysis processes• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting policies• Manage and develop finance team members while fostering a high-performance culture• Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities• Conduct cost and revenue analysis and provide financial oversight for RFPs, bids, and commercial initiatives• Deliver financial insights and reporting to leadership teamsQualifications:✔ 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience✔ Strong experience in cash management and financial forecasting✔ Proven FP&A and financial reporting experience✔ Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles✔ Previous experience leading and developing finance teams✔ Advanced Excel skills✔ ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus)✔ CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred✔ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
