Reporting directly to the Finance & Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing day-to-day finance tasks, reconciling balances, Commissions, and supporting business performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a strong accounting foundation who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily tasks such as settlement execution and ensure accuracy and zero outstanding balancesPerform reconciliation processes for Service Providers and Merchants with accuracy and timelinessMonitor daily transactions for service providers to ensure no pending or lost transactionsDevelop and maintain recharge plans for service provider walletsMaintain cash management trackers and support daily liquidity monitoringAssist in ensuring compliance with internal policiesRespond to merchants’ requestsSupport fraud risk monitoring by maintaining KPI dashboards and escalating anomaliesRequirements1–2 years of experience in finance operations, accounting,FP&A or a related roleStrong command of Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasetsSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsExperience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy industries preferredHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator with the ability to present data clearlyEagerness to take ownership of deliverables and support broader team goalsWhat We OfferA collaborative and dynamic work environment in a fun office.The chance to work on exciting and innovative projects in the fintech industryOpportunities for professional development and career growthSocial and medical insurance coverageMonthly credit to use at your disposal on our appPowered by JazzHRi46dG43UCi
