Ensure full compliance of BEYTI sites with internal and external requirements including PRPs, HACCP, NFSA, AIB, FSSC, identifying improvement areas and coordinating correction, corrective and preventive actions.Participate in Develop, review, and validate HACCP.Monitor plant sanitation conditions, pest control activity, personal hygiene, and GMP implementation on a daily basis.Escalate critical food safety risks and non-conformities to the QFS Manager with recommended corrective actions.Conduct monthly self-inspections across BEYTI facility areas, report observations to relevant departments, and ensure timely and systematic closure through the CAPA system.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives for external audits and maintain a constant state of inspection readiness.Ensure full compliance with external regulatory and customer audit requirements.Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) during external audits for assigned PRPs and HACCP Plans/Studies.Create, implement, and update food safety procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with requirements and guidelines.Conduct food safety assessments for new projects, modifications, and initiatives, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated prior to implementation.Develop scientifically robust validation protocols in accordance with standards and ensure their proper implementation for a successful commissioning.Deliver, Prepare the training plans, materials, and exams for food safety inductions and training for new and existing employees ensuring they know the why behind the requirements.Conduct thorough investigations of food safety incidents, near misses, and customer complaints using a systematic root-cause analysis approach, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions.Collaborate with various departments to promote continuous improvement and enhance compliance through digital tools and improved workflows.Analyze food safety data and provide monthly performance reports to the Food Safety Manager.Perform any additional tasks necessary to support workflow efficiency within the scope of the job function. Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture science.Minimum 0-2 years of experience in FMCG industry.Courses: GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or FSSC from reputable place.Knowledge and implementation of AIB Standard (Preferred)Good Communication in English and Arabic.Good Interpersonal skill. (Presentable, Assertive, analytical thinking and Time Management skills).Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
