Apply raw milk and raw materials microbiological analysis according to approved methods and specifications.Conduct microbiological testing for semi-finished and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.Analyze prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk, cheese and other dairy products.Perform microbiological analysis for finished products including juice, milk, fermented milk, cheese, yogurt, and related products.Conduct environmental monitoring activities including air, water, personnel hygiene, and food contact surfaces analysis.Perform swab sampling and testing from production equipment, utensils, filling machines, tanks, and production areas.Monitor and verify cleaning and sanitation effectiveness through environmental and hygiene verification programs.Ensure proper incubation, enumeration, identification, and reporting of microbiological results.Review microbiological results against internal specifications and standard references Ensure proper sampling, labeling, storage, and retention of microbiological samples.Calibrate, verify, and maintain microbiology laboratory devices according to approved schedules.Maintain microbiology laboratory records, logbooks, and testing documentation in compliance with company requirements. Perform data analysis and report results to the Laboratory Supervisor / Laboratory Lead.Follow laboratory safety practices and apply safety procedures in the workplace.Ensure compliance with laboratory Good Practices (GLP) and plant quality standards at all times. Bachelor Degree of Science or agriculture science (Dairy technology). Minimum 0-3 years in Micro laboratory, Preferred with FMCG companies.
