Job SummaryThe Head of Marketing & Growth is responsible for owning the full go-to-market strategy, user acquisition engine, and growth economics of the business.This role is accountable for scaling the platform in a structured, measurable, and capital-efficient manner, ensuring that growth is not only achieved, but achieved profitably and sustainably.The position combines strategy, execution, and analytics, with a strong focus on:Performance marketingGo-to-market strategyFunnel optimizationUnit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, retention)Growth experimentationThe role will lead marketing efforts beyond brand and social presence, building a data-driven growth engine that drives user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES1. Go-To-Market Strategy· Define and execute the overall go-to-market strategy across all channels and user segments.· Identify target customer segments, positioning, and acquisition channels.· Develop clear market entry and expansion strategies (local and international where applicable).2.
