Provide full administrative support to the HR Manager and manage daily office operations.Coordinate the HR Manager's calendar, meetings, appointments, and departmental activities.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official correspondence.Maintain confidential HR documents, reports, and records in an organized manner.Coordinate communication between the HR department and other hospital departments.Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and document requests addressed to the HR Manager.Support HR projects, accreditation activities, audits, and departmental initiatives as assigned.Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Related Field1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Good command of written and spoken English
