HR Assistant (Recruitment Focus) Location: Nasr City (On-site)Working Days: 5 days/weekWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team. This role combines hiring responsibilities with core HR functions such as onboarding and contract management. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, preferably within software or tech environments, and can support hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (Core Responsibility):Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.Assist in evaluating candidates for technical and non-technical roles.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.HR Operations:Assist in onboarding new hires.Support in preparing and managing employment contracts.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Handle general HR administrative tasks. Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.Exposure to tech/software hiring is preferred.Basic understanding of technical and non-technical roles.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.Compensation Structure:50% of the salary is fixed.50% of the salary is performance-based and linked to KPIs set by management (e.g., successful hires, time to fill, candidate quality, etc.).Work Conditions:Full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City.5 working days per week.Working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
