Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation.Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with company standards.Support the administration of employee benefits, attendance, and leave management systems.Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and performance management processes.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.Coordinate with department managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning.Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to HR practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or similar administrative role.Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
