We are hiring for a major bank in Egypt: Duties include but not limited to:Manage and oversee all HR operations, personnel administration, and compliance with labor law.Own and drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, from goal-setting to annual appraisals.Identify capability gaps and translate assessment results into actionable development plans.Act as a change catalyst, leading HR transformation initiatives and driving organizational change adoption.Partner with senior leadership as a strategic HR focal point for workforce planning and talent decisions.Handle employee relations matters and implement engagement programs that build a high-performance culture.Track and report HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs to ensure best practice and operational consistency. 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.English fluency.Strong communication skills and people partner.
