We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Blue-Collar and White-Collar recruitment, with a primary focus on high-volume hiring for drivers, sales representatives, delivery representatives, and other operational roles within a food distribution environment. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.Strong background in Blue-Collar hiring, especially for drivers and sales teams.Experience recruiting White-Collar positions.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.Previous experience in FMCG, food distribution, logistics, or related industries is preferred
