HR Section Head – Textile Industry (Badr City)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Section Head to lead our human resources operations in a textile manufacturing company located in Badr City, Egypt. This is an on-site role responsible for managing HR functions and supporting the organization in building a productive and engaged workforce.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and personnel administration.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified employees for both factory and administrative roles.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies across all HR activities.Supervise personnel and payroll processes, including attendance, leaves, contracts, and employee records.Handle employee relations matters, resolve workplace issues, and support a positive work environment.Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Monitor and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data to support management decision-making.Support management in organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and alignment with company objectives.
