The HR Supervisor is s responsible for overseeing all personnel administration, payroll processing, employee records management, compensation and benefits administration, and labor law compliance activities within the designated region. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of HR operational processes, maintains compliance with applicable regulations and company policies, and serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding personnel-related matters. The position also supervises two HR team members and supports recruitment, onboarding and training activities as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonnel Administration & ComplianceEnsure all employee files, contracts, personnel records, and HR documentation are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.Manage all personnel transactions including hiring, probation confirmations, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and company policies.Coordinate and monitor social insurance activities and government-related HR requirements.Maintain accurate employee databases and HR information systems.Prepare employment certificates, HR letters, and other personnel-related documentation.Payroll ManagementOversee monthly payroll preparation and processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, allowances, deductions, and variable compensation components prior to payroll processing.Verify payroll calculations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll disbursements are completed accurately and on schedule.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.Prepare payroll reports and analyses for management review.Compensation & Benefits AdministrationAdminister employee benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, pension plans, and other employee benefits.Coordinate with insurance providers and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.Monitor employee enrollment, additions, deletions, and changes within benefit programs.Assist in preparing and monitoring annual employee benefits budgets.Ensure employees receive timely support regarding benefits-related matters.Employee Relations & HR OperationsServe as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries related to personnel, payroll, attendance, leave management, and company policies.Support managers in addressing employee relations issues and disciplinary matters.Promote consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the region.Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience and work environment.Recruitment & Onboarding SupportSupport manpower planning activities in coordination with department managers.Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring documentation.Ensure new employees complete all onboarding requirements and personnel documentation.Facilitate employee orientation and induction activities.HR Reporting & Team LeadershipPrepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, absenteeism, payroll, benefits, and personnel activities.Monitor HR operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.Supervise, coach, and develop two HR team members to ensure efficient HR service delivery.Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and support the professional development of team members. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.5–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to personnel administration and payroll management.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, payroll practices, and employee benefits administration.Experience managing attendance systems and payroll processing.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
