Manage HSE supervisors, specialists, and technicians, ensuring effective performance.Establish and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to local, national, and international HSE regulations and certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents; ensure corrective actions are implemented.Design and deliver HSE training, awareness campaigns, and emergency drills.Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to verify compliance.Oversee development and testing of emergency response plans.Drive environmental programs such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution control.Provide regular updates to senior management on HSE performance, risks, and improvement plans.Benchmark against industry best practices and recommend enhancements. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent professional certifications required.8–12 years in HSE roles, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or luxury industries is highly desirable.Proficiency in risk assessment tools, audit techniques, and HSE management systems.Fluency in Arabic required; English proficiency is essential for reporting and compliance.
