The role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR governance, while fostering a high-performance culture that supports business growthKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and long-term business plans.Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment between employee objectives and business priorities.Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.Drive organizational development initiatives, including culture transformation, leadership development, and change management programs.Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence and high service delivery standards.Minimum Requirements.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is preferred.Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable.Minimum of 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as HR Director or Head of HR.Experience within multinational organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG sectors.Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and HR transformation initiatives.Strong leadership and people management capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and business acumen.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.Expertise in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Experience in compensation and benefits design and administration.Knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement frameworks.Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with HRIS, ERP systems, and workforce management platforms.Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.Fluency in English (written and spoken)Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
