The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, payroll, personnel operations, and performance management, with practical experience using Zoho People.Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Handle employee insurance processes (medical & social insurance) Prepare and support payroll activities (attendance, deductions, benefits) Maintain accurate personnel records and employee files Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies Support performance appraisal cycles and performance management processes Handle employee relations and respond to HR inquiries Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy on HR systems Utilize Zoho People for attendance, leave management, and employee dataRequirementsRequirements: 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel functions Experience with medical & social insurance processes Familiarity with performance management and appraisal systems Experience using Zoho People is a must Manufacturing or industrial background is preferred Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office
