Key Responsibilities:Manage all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Oversee the full payroll cycle and ensure timely and accurate salary processing for all employees.Review payroll data including attendance, overtime, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements.Develop and maintain compensation & benefits structures aligned with company strategy and market standards.Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.Supervise attendance systems, shift schedules, leaves, and workforce discipline.Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions professionally.Prepare HR and payroll reports including headcount, turnover, overtime analysis, and compensation reports.Coordinate annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles.Lead HR policies implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives.Manage employee files and ensure proper HR documentation and data accuracy.Collaborate with department managers to support operational and organisational needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including strong hands-on experience in payroll and compensation & benefits.Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is mandatory.Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, social insurance, and taxation.Experience managing large workforce populations in factories or industrial sites.Advanced Excel and HRIS skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Very good command of English.
