Junior Property Consultant

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Junior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team in New Cairo. In this on-site role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, maintaining a thorough knowledge of market conditions and available listings, negotiating offers, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional duties involve coordinating with property owners, maintaining accurate records, and achieving sales targets. QualificationsClient Relationship Management and Communication SkillsSales and Negotiation skills with a strong customer-focused approachProficiency in Property Market Analysis and ResearchKnowledge of local real estate regulations and property documentation processesExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredRelevant experience in real estate or a client-facing role is a plus
