Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in Cairo. The Junior Sales team member will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include highlighting product benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additionally, the position involves supporting the sales team with training and assisting in the development of effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed targets through active engagement and negotiation.Experience in Sales Management and the ability to contribute to team success through collaboration.Willingness to learn and participate in training to enhance personal and team capabilities.Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in finance or brokerage is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
