Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and online research. Contact prospective clients to introduce the company's software products and services. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential customers. Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build strong business relationships. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts. Work closely with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required. Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or account management. Experience in software, IT services, SaaS, or technology sales is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong command of spoken and written English. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients. Basic understanding of software development services, SaaS products, or digital solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
