Sales Executive – VIP Club Memberships

Promote and sell VIP club memberships to prospective customers. Identify and approach potential members through direct sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities. Conduct presentations and explain membership benefits, privileges, and pricing plans. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and customer database. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP members and prospects. Provide exceptional customer service before and after membership enrollment. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and membership-related issues professionally. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate membership sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new members. Promote membership programs through social media, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings when required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Update CRM systems with customer information and sales activities. Monitor competitor offerings and market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. RequirementsLocation: Sheikh Zayed Bachelor's degree.-0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, luxury services, or membership sales.-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.-Familiarity with the Sheikh Zayed and West Cairo areas is a strong advantage.
