Lead Construction Engineer - Electrical

Position SummaryThe Lead Construction Engineer acts as the Owner’s Representative on site, responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities performed by subcontractors and monitored by the consultant. Works include electro-mechanical systems, civil works, and architectural finishing, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project scheduleKey Accountabilities:Coordinate daily with the consultant and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.Review subcontractor schedules, method statements, and work progress.Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and timelinesEnsure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standardsParticipate in inspections and follow up on corrective actions.Review technical queries, variations, and method statements..Coordinate preparation of handover documents, snag lists, testing and commissioning activities.Qualification & Education:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.8–10 years in site construction management for buildings projects.Strong background in electrical & mechanical systems (LV/MV, ELV, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing), finishing works coordination, commissioning and handover, and managing subcontractors and consultants
