The LXD will be responsible for translating complex skills into simple, engaging, and effective learning experiences that ensure high learner engagement and measurable outcomes.You will collaborate closely with instructors, content creators, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.Role Overview:Design and structure end-to-end career tracks that transform learners into job-ready professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Design full career tracks (phases, modules, topics)- Conduct market research for required skills- Define learning objectives and outcomes- Develop structured content (slides, projects, assignments)- Ensure alignment with job market needs- Review and improve programsRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Tech or related)- 2–3 years in Instructional Design / LXD- Experience in EdTech or bootcamps preferredSkills:- Learning frameworks (ADDIE, outcome-based)- LMS familiarity- Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint- AI tools (ChatGPT)
