Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven EdTech Sales Specialist to drive business growth by promoting and selling educational technology solutions to schools, universities, training centers, and corporate learning clients. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a passion for education and technology. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities within the education sector.Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales meetings with potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, training centers, and corporate clients.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech solutions.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer experience and retention.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and educational technologies. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.Attend educational events, exhibitions, and networking activities to represent the company.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education services.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Ability to understand educational products and explain technical solutions clearly.Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B or B2G sales within the education sector.Knowledge of LMS platforms, e-learning systems, or digital learning tools.Understanding of the education market and procurement process.Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or account management.KPIs / Performance MetricsRevenue generatedNumber of new clients acquiredConversion rateLead response timeCustomer retention and satisfactionPipeline growth and forecasting accuracy
