The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving adoption of digital learning solutions across schools, universities, and corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsIdentify and target new business opportunities in education institutions and corporate learning sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR leaders, L&D heads, school directors, university stakeholders)Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsConduct product demos and presentations for digital learning platformsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offeringsManage a pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecastsNegotiate contracts and close high-value dealsStay updated on EdTech trends, competitors, and market needsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital solutionsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong network within education sector or corporate training market is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience selling LMS, online courses, or digital training solutionsUnderstanding of instructional design, L&D, or digital learning ecosystemsPrevious experience in regional or international markets
