Sales Manager – IT Courses / Training Programs🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our IT courses sales. The role focuses on building a high-performing sales team, driving enrollments, and expanding market reach for training programs (offline & online).🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets • Identify new market opportunities (students, professionals, corporates) • Drive revenue growth for IT courses (e.g., programming, data, cybersecurity) • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIsSales managers are responsible for setting targets and aligning them with business goals 2. Team Management • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team • Monitor performance and provide coaching • Build a strong sales culture focused on resultsA key role is leading and mentoring the sales team to meet targets 3. Lead Generation & Conversion • Manage leads from digital campaigns, partnerships, and walk-ins • Optimize sales funnel (leads → consultations → enrollments) • Improve conversion rates through scripts and training4. Partnerships & B2B Sales • Build partnerships with: • Universities • Corporates (for employee training) • Training centers • Develop B2B sales channels for bulk enrollments5. Product & Market Understanding • Understand IT courses content and career outcomes • Analyze competitors and pricing • Work with marketing to position programs effectively6. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Track sales performance and KPIs • Prepare weekly/monthly reports • Use CRM tools to monitor pipelineSales managers analyze data and monitor performance to adjust strategy 7.
