This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with legal authorities and government institutions. Experience in logistics or fast-paced operational environments is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit police stations to file reports and follow up on cases related to company operationsPrepare and submit legal documents, including affidavits, notices, and memosRaise and track receipts for deposits and security transactionsMaintain accurate records of all legal correspondence and case filesAssist the legal team in preparing contracts, agreements, and other company documentationSupport compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with external legal authorities, government offices, and other relevant institutionsConduct legal research and summarize findings for the legal teamEnsure timely filing of cases, responses, and follow-ups as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law.Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel for work purposes when needed.
