ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of credit facility agreements in both Arabic and English, including revolving credit facilities-, short-, medium-, and long-term loans, as well as syndicated facilitiesProvide day to day legal support and act as a subject matter expert for assigned areas.Advise business units and management on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.Ensure that the Bank effectively manages legal, regulatory, and reputational risks.Support business initiatives by interpreting applicable laws, regulations, and market practices.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver efficient legal solutions.Contribute to strategic decisions by providing proactive, risk aware, and business-oriented legal advice.Qualifications & Experience6–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within financial services or a reputable law firmStrong knowledge of Egyptian laws and regulatory frameworksProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken)Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functionsMembership in a recognized Bar Association
