This includes initiating,planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section headsupervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications,job site support, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. To excel as a Mechanical Design Installation Engineer, certain key skills and qualificationsare essential. Here are some of the most important ones: Technical Knowledge: Should have a solid understanding of mechanical (HVAC and FF) engineeringprocesses, methodologies, and technologies. They should be They should befamiliar with digital tools concepts and best practices. This technical knowledgeenables them to effectively communicate with the project teams and makeinformed decisions. Create detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD andNavisworks. Run clash detection and generate clash reports to facilitate coordinationmeetings Maintain the project’s BIM library by creating and updating BIM families Project Management: Should be familiar in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, andresource allocation to successfully lead customer projects from initiation to completion. Collaboration and Team Management: The ability to collaborate and inspire a team is crucial.Those skills are vital to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.Effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are also important toensure the project's success. Stakeholder Management: Interaction with various stakeholders, including clients, productowners, executives, and internal teams. They should possess strong interpersonal andcommunication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and buildrelationships. They should also be adept at negotiating and resolving conflicts between differentstakeholders. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: They often encounter challenges and obstacles. Excellent command of English Professional user of Microsoft Office Team player Learning & Researching Adapting and responding to change. CSM, ACP & PMP are a plus.
