Key duties include managing project timelines, supervising MEP teams, reviewing and approving technical designs, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and safety regulations. The role involves liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.QualificationsStrong Experience +7 years in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsProficiency in Project Management and experience delivering projects on scheduleProven ability in Team Management with strong leadership and communication skillsExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for technical designs and analysisKnowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standardsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plusAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPrevious experience in mall OR Commercial Buildings is a MUST
