About The JobThe Operational Excellence Analyst is responsible for driving continuous improvement, re-engineering business processes, and ensuring quality control within the operations department. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and implement changes. Develop and document new processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for operational activities. Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, business process re-engineering, or quality control roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in process documentation and data analysis. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Knowledge about SIX Sigma, TQM, Lean Methodologies.Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Additional Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English. Require visits to MNT Halan Companies/Branches
