Orascom Development is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Oracle SCM Consultant Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions that optimize our business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will work closely with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement of SCM systems. Responsibilities Assist in configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Logistics. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs. Support testing activities, including preparation of test cases and coordination of UAT sessions. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM applications. Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and quality of SCM solutions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to supply chain operations. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and processes. Mentor junior consultants and assist in knowledge transfer sessions. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle SCM Fusion modules. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalities. Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and user support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in a consulting role is preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
