We are seeking a proactive and strategic Organizational Development & Talent Management Supervisor to join our HR team. This role will play a key part in driving organizational effectiveness by supporting and enhancing performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Organizational DevelopmentContribute to the development and implementation of the organization’s performance management processes and frameworks.Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance of performance data in line with defined standards and criteria.Develop and support initiatives related to performance improvement and assessment methodologies, including 360-degree feedback and other organizational development tools.Assist in developing materials and delivering training to internal stakeholders on performance-related topics such as KPI setting, objective setting, and job profiling.Talent Management & Succession PlanningContribute to the design and implementation of talent and leadership development programs based on organizational needs and talent assessments.Develop effective talent development approaches to ensure a strong and sustainable internal talent pipeline.Support succession planning activities including identification of critical roles, talent assessment, and succession mapping.Assist in building clear career paths across departments to support employee growth and internal mobility.Organizational Structure & Job DesignDevelop and maintain updated job profiles to ensure all job descriptions accurately reflect responsibilities and requirements across departments.Ensure the organizational structure is periodically reviewed and updated in alignment with HRBPs to reflect business changes accurately and in a timely manner.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.4–6 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development and Talent Management.Proven hands-on experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning is essential.Experience in developing job descriptions/job profiles and organizational structures.Strong knowledge of modern talent development and leadership development programs.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.Excellent planning, organization, and project management capabilities.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.High adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
