Job Summary:The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws. This role manages payroll data, deductions, benefits, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on scheduleMaintain and update payroll records (new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions)Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Handle payroll adjustments, retro payments, and final settlementsPrepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll dataRespond to employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and payslipsEnsure proper documentation and filing of payroll recordsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in payroll processingStrong knowledge of payroll systems and labor lawsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll softwareHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity
