Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Personnel Coordinator to join our HR team.The role is responsible for handling personnel operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Job Responsibilities:Prepare and submit required forms to social insurance offices, including Form 1 (Enrollment), Form 2 (Replacement), and Form 6 (Termination)Manage procedures related to work permits and medical committee requestsRespond to and track customer inquiries and government health insurance requestsSubmit documents to labor offices and official entitiesMaintain employees’ files and ensure proper documentation and archivingFollow up on personnel transactions and ensure timely processingCoordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth personnel operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree is required 0-1 year of experience in personnel or HR operationsGood understanding of social insurance and Egyptian labor lawGood MS Office skills, especially Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and organizational skill
