Personnel - Payroll ResponsibilitiesHandle all personnel activities including hiring, resignations, terminations, and employee status changesMaintain and update employee personnel files in compliance with labor law and company policiesPrepare employment contracts and ensure proper documentationManage social insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6)Handle medical insurance additions, deletions, and updatesFollow up on probation periods and contract renewalsIssue HR letters (Salary Certificate, HR Letter, Experience Letter, etc.)Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policiesMaintain HR database and employee records accurately Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on timeCalculate overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commissionsHandle attendance reports and integrate with payrollManage leaves, sick leave, and unpaid leave calculationsPrepare final settlements for resigned employeesReview payroll variances and prepare payroll reportsCoordinate with Finance Department regarding payroll transfersMaintain payroll confidentiality and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field3–4 years of experience in Personnel & PayrollStrong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social InsuranceExperience in payroll processing and attendance systemsStrong Excel skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience handling Labor Office and Social Insurance processes, including inspections, submissions, and compliance requirements
