Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor..Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.Assist in The orientation Of New Employees.Responsible for Probationary Reports for support staff every 3 Months And sending them to appropriate Parties.Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System.Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets.Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6).Ensure that all team members’ HR Files are 100% completed.Keep records of employees vacations, absence and missions.Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.Responsible for Employment contracts and employment documents. Bachelor’s degree.HR certificate is a must.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Very good experience dealing with: Labor Offices, Insurance Offices.Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
