Planning Associate Manager - Technical Commercial

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & SchedulingDevelop, maintain, and update detailed master schedules using Primavera P6 Define activities, logic links, critical paths, and milestones Progress Monitoring & ControlTrack actual progress versus the baseline schedule on regular basisPrepare performance reports including S-curves, histograms, earned value reports, and lookahead schedulesAnalyze schedule variances and delays, and recommend recovery or acceleration plans Coordination & CommunicationsCoordinate with development, commercial, project management and handover departmentsParticipate in progress meetings and present schedule updates, risks, and forecasts Risk & Impact AnalysisIdentify schedule risks and assess their impact on project timelinesConduct delay analysis and prepare time impact assessments (TIA) when requiredPropose preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks Reporting & DocumentationPrepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for managementMaintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, baseline updates, and progress recordsEnsure compliance with internal planning standards and project requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering, or related field8-10 years of experience in project planningStrong proficiency in Primavera P6 and ExcelSolid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniquesStrong understanding of master scheduling for different developmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong leadership, communication, and presentation abilitiesFluency in English (written & spoken)Key SkillsProject Scheduling & ControlsCritical Path Method (CPM)Risk Analysis & Time Impact AssessmentResource PlanningEarned Value ManagementReporting & Data VisualizationTeam LeadershipAdvanced MS ExcelPrimavera P6 / MS Project
