Key Responsibilities ✅ Provide effective support to the Planning Team and Mobile Maintenance workforce ✅ Assist in closing all work orders and PM service sheets, ensuring all comments are properly recorded ✅ Prepare related data and process oil samples using the Sampling Lab unit ✅ Prepare and obtain required approvals for items and components leaving site for repair ✅ Handle and maintain all document archiving processes ✅ Manage PPE and stationery issuance and related orders ✅ Arrange site access and visit permissions for visitors and equipment ✅ Handle and follow up on all repair requests (site services, electrical, civil, etc.) ✅ Coordinate with the Administration Department regarding changes to bus schedules and meal times ✅ Administer all HSE inductions and training programs ✅ Arrange and book all required safety inductions for the Mobile Maintenance workforce ✅ Prepare, email, and publish monthly induction schedules on the workshop announcement board ✅ Maintain and control all safety and training documentation ✅ Facilitate effective communication within the department ✅ Publish HSE toolbox talk topics ✅ Translate required documents when needed ✅ Act as a translator between expatriates and local employees when required ✅ Administer Mobile Maintenance employee rosters, timesheets, and leave records ✅ Manage and update Mobile Maintenance rosters ✅ Review, process, and submit leave requests for the Mobile Maintenance crew ✅ Prepare, review, and submit timesheets to HR with all related comments ✅ Request and handle required HR documents (HR letters, medical insurance cards, invoices, penalty forms, etc.) ✅ Comply with all safety procedures, rules, and safe work practices ✅ Attend safety meetings on a regular basis ✅ Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or managerRequirements ✅ University degree ✅ Valid driving license ✅ Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar administrative role ✅ Basic knowledge of Computerized Mine Maintenance Systems (CMMS) such as Mainpac, Infor EAM, Pronto, SAP, etc. ✅ Good proficiency in MS Word and Excel ✅ Working knowledge of safe work practices and company policies and procedures ✅ Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively ✅ Good command of the English language ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment ✅ Resilient and resourcefulJob Location & Benefits ✅ Sukari Gold Mines, Red Sea – Marsa Alam ✅ 20 days on – 10 days off rotation ✅ Transportation from home to site ✅ Accommodation and full camp facilities provided
