Process Engineer _ Textile (Ismailia)

About the Role:We are looking for a Process Optimization Engineer to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across our textile operations. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving machinery performance, automating KPIs, and supporting cross-functional projects to ensure high-quality output and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:Maintain Health & Safety standards and good housekeeping.Monitor employee performance, attendance, and training.Develop, track, and improve KPIs such as efficiency, cycle times, cost per unit, and resource usage.Reduce machine and equipment downtime; enhance effectiveness and implement process improvements.Collaborate with all departments to solve cross-functional challenges.Support IT initiatives to automate processes and improve system efficiency.Assist managers with complex projects, audits, new machine setups, and standardization of process times.What We’re Looking For:Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering3–5 years in textile manufacturing (spinning/weaving/dyeing/finishing)Knowledge of textile production processesMachine troubleshooting and maintenanceERP reportingLean / 5S methodologiesQuality standards awareness (ISO, SOPs).
