City Floor Decoration connects global expertise with local market needs, delivering reliable, innovative flooring solutions across Egypt.Role Description The Projects Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing project-based sales opportunities, particularly with contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, conducting site visits, providing product recommendations, and following up on leads to convert them into sales. The Projects Sales Engineer will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and technical support, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Forbo product features and industry trends.QualificationsStrong Project Sales and Sales skills, including experience managing project pipelines and closing B2B deals.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle client inquiries professionally.Proven Sales Management capabilities, such as tracking performance, forecasting, and reporting on sales activities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.Experience in building materials, flooring, or construction sectors is highly preferred.Ability to read and understand project specifications and drawings.Comfort with on-site work, including regular visits to client locations and project sites.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation and reporting.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
