Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities within the construction and fit-out market.Promote flooring and acoustic solutions to contractors, developers, project owners, and consultants.Identify and follow up on new construction projects from early stages through project completion.Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical office team.Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.2–5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry.Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:Flooring systemsAcoustic solutionsCeiling systemsRaised access floorsInterior finishing materialsArchitectural productsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Attractive commission and performance-based incentives.Professional training on premium international products.Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
