Property Advisor ( Real-estate Experience is a plus )

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and facilitating negotiations. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong customer relationships, staying updated on market trends, and supporting clients in making well-informed investment decisions. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsExperience in Property Management and knowledge of Real Estate practices is preferredBasic understanding of Investments and Finance to guide clients on property valuation and profitabilityAbility to conduct market research and analyze trendsProactive, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and collaborativelyPrevious experience in real estate sales or similar roles is a plusFluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantageBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance is desirable
