Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Property Advisor (Real Estate Sales Agent). The Property Advisor will engage with clients, assist them in identifying and acquiring suitable properties, and provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process. Responsibilities include analyzing property values and investments, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in targeted regions and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship managementKnowledge of Property Management and an understanding of Investments to support client decision-makingBasic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to property acquisitions and salesProficiency in negotiation and interpersonal skills to close transactions effectivelyProven ability to conduct market research and stay updated on property trendsSelf-motivated with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlinesExperience in real estate sales or a related field is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a relevant discipline
