The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market research, and providing expert advice on real estate investments. Additional duties include building client relationships, understanding market trends, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals to meet client objectives. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this role.Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, with knowledge of local market trends.Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive successful closings.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in utilizing real estate software or tools is preferred.Flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules, including availability for property showings and consultations.
